Our work with government agencies includes strategies developed especially for the particularities of government hierarchies. While change is universal and constant, it affects government institutions on a different timeline and in confluence with unique issues, such as reporting requirements, adherence to regulations, budget concerns and frequent changes in the command structure. Our experience uniquely qualifies us to communicate the increasing pace of change inside and outside the agency, along with phases of resistance and how to deal with them, and how to maintain and improve productivity during times of change.
