INTEL CORPORATION, Santa Clara, CA: Helped implement new logistics system worldwide with strategies to master skills and behaviors necessary during large scale migration, including maintaining internal and external customer alignment.

INTEL CORPORATION, Worldwide: Partnered with the worldwide Work-Life manager to design and deliver a train-the-trainers Work-Life Effectiveness workshop. As a result of this program, employees had the tools and strategies necessary for personal accountability and control over work-life balance. The project included working with more than 350 of the organization’s top managers worldwide.
