Rachel Macha, Principal – Rachel has over
fifteen years experience in change management, sales and sales management,
marketing, and product management with large and mid-sized clients,
both established and start-up. Her wealth of global experience
has helped numerous senior teams to think differently and more broadly,
evaluate and adjust their leadership style, and encourage creativity
and accountability within organizations. Rachel holds
a Master of Management degree from the Kellogg School of Business,
Northwestern University, and a BS in Business Management with a
concentration in Organizational Behavior from Wilmington College.
