Information Technology companies are accustomed to the world of upgrades and rollouts, but usually only as it pertains to the technology itself. Like other industries, our IT clients benefit from mastering the skills and behaviors necessary to survive management initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, downsizings, work-life balance and other issues present in their high-pressure world, all while emphasizing internal and external customer alignment. These IT clients also learn how to successfully “drive” change through an organization.
