New Reality Conversations
The New Reality Conversations program is a hands-on experiential learning experience for any supervisor, manager or leader in the organization. In our experience, one of the ingredients most missing in organizations today is dialog. This program – grounded in the New Reality – is designed specifically to help increase the amount of constructive dialog in the organization as it relates to core New Reality messages.
The objectives of this session are:
- To increase the amount of dialogue, communication, and feedback in the organization.
- To continue to reinforce the New Reality / engagement mindset effort in the organization.
- To actually have the key conversations with each leader.
- To give managers an outline/template to help them have the key conversations with others.
- To provide a real time example of the conversations and attendant coaching to create the best chance at success.
